For the cost of a couple extra tables with tablecloths at certain hotels near the riverfront (not even counting the room rental and other costs), you could instead afford to rent the entire Benedum Gallery, Davis Gallery or even the Tanner Theatre for your next event.
MAC's neoclassical historic landmark building is clad in white marble and terrazzo floors. Our staff is competent and friendly and always willing to work with you. Our rental fees are based on what you actually use, we have NO HIDDEN FEES, NO SURPRISES AFTER THE EVENT. We do not charge a surprise clean up fee like other places. We also understand that everyone's needs are not the same and rate our services according to you.
Most catering services have worked with MAC and some will even give you discounts for being here (just ask). If you need help catering we will help you figure out which service works for you. If you wish to make your own food, we have some platter and dishes you can use as well.
MAC has several projection screens and a HD digital video projector available for rent if you do not have one. We offer various table and seating arrangements at no additional cost. However if you need something more unique, you can rent or bring your own equipment using a rental company of your choice with no surcharge from MAC.
If you need hotel room capacity the historic Clarion Hotel Morgan is barely 20 feet away, sharing a sidewalk with MAC. The Hotel Morgan is recently renovated and offers excellent value for overnight visitors. Not to mention all of downtown Morgantown is at your doorstep!

If your group is under 20 people and you just need a place to meet during MAC's regular business hours, you can probably MEET FOR FREE.

MAC offers FREE WiFi (802.11g/n) throughout the building and in the front lawn. 802.11a/b is offered in the lobby as well on a separate free network.
